Taft provides communication with the clients and architects for information and programming, while addressing client specific needs unique to the project, along with cost reviews as the plans develop.

CONSTRUCTION

Our role as general contractor is to control the quality of craftsmanship while maintaining the client’s budget and schedule. Through clear communications with the owner and architect, Taft is able to translate the design into a fully functional facility that was contracted to be built. This communication is then handed to our various subcontractors and vendors to ensure the final product is to the owner’s exact specifications.
