Testimonials

“Taft recently did a 1.5 million dollar renovation of our Courthouse and we were very pleased with the final product. Taft was very helpful in making the hard decisions so we could get the most bang for our buck! An outstanding job that included good communication, good coordination with the Court system, and professional workmanship!!”
– STEPHEN P. BORDERS, CBO – COUNTY BUILDING OFFICIAL

“Taft Construction has completed six projects with the Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board and Area Agency on Aging (RRCSB-AAA,) from new construction of apartments and group homes to major renovations of existing buildings. Contracts were won through both competitive bidding and negotiation. In my experience working directly with Sandy Hall of Taft and his associates, work was completed successfully and construction challenges were quickly resolved.
Taft managed complicated contracting requirements from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development and Rural Development on all of the projects completed for the RRCSB-AAA. I would recommend Taft Construction and hope to work with them on future projects for the RRCSB-AAA.”
