“Taft Construction has completed six projects with the Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board and Area Agency on Aging (RRCSB-AAA,) from new construction of apartments and group homes to major renovations of existing buildings. Contracts were won through both competitive bidding and negotiation. In my experience working directly with Sandy Hall of Taft and his associates, work was completed successfully and construction challenges were quickly resolved.

Taft managed complicated contracting requirements from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development and Rural Development on all of the projects completed for the RRCSB-AAA. I would recommend Taft Construction and hope to work with them on future projects for the RRCSB-AAA.”
