Role Overview

The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager with day-to-day project operations and documentation. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow into full project management responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking

  • Prepare RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes

  • Coordinate material procurement and subcontractor communication

  • Track project documentation and compliance requirements

  • Support closeout documentation and project turnover

Ideal Candidate
  • Highly organized and eager to learn

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Construction or engineering background preferred

  • Motivated to grow within a project management career path
